- I grew up in Germansville, Pennsylvania, joining the Navy after not figuring
out what to do with my life. During my service, I met my husband, while being deployed to Naval Air Station Sigonella,
Sicily. Upon our return to the states, we married, and now have two sons. I am no longer in the service,
but he remains on active duty. We are currently stationed at NAS Pax River, Maryland.
- My hobbies are gardening and crafts. I grew up in a largely farming
community, so it seems natural to me. I have always had a big interest in science, and gardening is my niche,
I am learning something new every day.
- Recently I have been diagnosed with an inherited degenerative spinal cord disorder.
